MATURENOW is a new online service created by market leader WhiteNow in partnership with the NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD Club Industry. The platform was created in response to a critical shortage of Job Seekers in the Hospitality Industry following the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent closure of Clubs and Hospitality venues across Australia.

At the same time, there exists a long standing concern for Job Seekers over the age of 50 years who, whilst often experienced, reliable and highly personable, have traditionally found it difficult to successfully compete with younger applicants in securing stable, flexible jobs with an opportunity for growth.

As Australia's leading online Club Job Board and Recruitment service, WhiteNow has responded to the staffing crisis and the shortage of job placement opportunities for over 50's by creating an online service that brings the two together to create a mutually beneficial solution – MATURENOW.

MATURENOW offers a platform for mature aged Job Seekers to reach prospective employers looking for mature workers. The platform also provides hospitality businesses with mature workers who are reliable, flexible and highly motivated.

About Jenny White – Director
Jenny is the Creator and Director of WhiteNow. She is one of the most well-known and vibrant personalities in the Club, Gaming and Hospitality Industry. She is hard working and dedicated to seeing the industry grow and prosper. She is passionate about ensuring that her clients' expectations are always exceeded. Jenny is also known as 'Wiz' who is her social media alter ego. Jenny (aka Wiz), is the leading recruiter in the Club industry having worked solidly in this field with her 1,700 plus clients for over 20 years. Jenny is known for her quirky sense of humour, her incredible passion to make a difference and her unrivalled ethical nature when it comes to business and people. Jenny has been involved in the placement of around 7,000 managers and team members from the largest Club on the Eastern seaboard to some of the smallest. She has the passion to help both big business and small.

About Meg Bailey – Director
Meg Bailey has spent 20 years working, nationally and internationally, at the pinnacle of event management. Meg's experience in events and hospitality spans four Olympic Games, staging some of the Games' most glamourous events – including the legendary Sports Illustrated Olympic Parties – attended by over 3500 celebrities, including royalty and medal winning athletes. Before moving to the United States in 2018, Meg built one of Australia's most creative and polished event agencies – Event Projects – famed for delivering extraordinary brand experiences for many of Australia's most respected and high profile blue chip companies. In 2021 she returned from the US to join forces with Jenny White, leading the team at White Now to continue delivering the outstanding service that the company is well reputed for and to continue building creative and effective solutions that meet the unique and dynamic needs of the industry. Meg now heads up MATURENOW to assist with finding a solution to the prevalent staff shortage in the hospitality industry.
