As part of registering with MATURENOW, we collect personal information about you in order for you to take full advantage of MATURENOW's services. To do this it may be necessary for you to provide additional information to MATURENOW as detailed below.
Becoming a Registered Job Seeker means creating a personal Profile and allows Registered Employers to find your profile via their Job Seeker Search function. MATURENOW may also use this information at times to customise the service we provide to you.
To set up a Profile and become a Registered Job Seeker, you will need to submit some Personal Information such as your name, email address, residential postcode, employment history, work you are most interested in and the location where you would like to work. You will also be providing contact information including email and phone number, so that potential Employers can contact you if your Profile appears in a Job Seeker Search. You will have the option to allow Employers to Private Message you through the MATURENOW website. This is an optional function.
You may access and edit your Profile and Contact Information at any time by logging into your profile. You may Pause or Delete your Profile at any time by logging into your profile and selecting the Pause Profile or Delete Profile button. Pausing your Profile means that your profile will not appear in any Job Seeker Searches. Deleting your Profile means your information is no longer available on the MATURENOW Server. If you wish to register again, you will need to set up a new profile.
To register for the MATURENOW Job Seeker Search Service, you will be asked to provide your company name, business address and contact details for the primary contact. You will be asked to select a Membership option and provide billing information. All Employer Registrations are sent to MATURENOW for approval prior to gaining access to the service. You may access and edit your information at any time by logging into your profile.
MATURENOW may also make you aware of additional products and services which form part of your relationship with MATURENOW. Job Seekers can optionally receive notification of new Private Messages when received. Employers are always notified.
MATURENOW takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our system. MATURENOW allows you to access your information at any time to keep it accurate and up to date. Any information which we hold for you is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.
In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by MATURENOW. However, MATURENOW will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information.
You can also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure, by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and profiles used on the MATURENOW site. Please notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your profile by any other Internet user or any other breach of security.
As indicated in point 2, unless you become a registered user, MATURENOW does not collect information that identifies you personally. If however, you become a MATURENOW registered user, you are able to change, update or delete your registered profile at any time. You can also request your personal information directly from Employers who have accessed your information through the MATURENOW site.
MATURENOW provides links and passes online information onto third party clients. The use of your information by these third party sites is not within the control of MATURENOW and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of these companies. Employers who use the MATURENOWW Job Seeker Search Service to access Job Seeker Information are asked to comply with Australian Federal Privacy Policy with regard to their own information handling practices.
You may also directly contact Employers to request access to any personal information that you have sent as part of any application or communication.
MATURENOW welcomes ideas and feedback about all aspects of the site. MATURENOW stores feedback that users send to us. This feedback will be used to administer and refine the service and may be shared with MATURENOW partners either in aggregate form or with specific identifying characteristics removed.
From time to time, MATURENOW may review and update its privacy statement. Revised versions will be updated on the website.
